Pen Pals and Letter Writing
/Please consider joining us for this awesome event! We will be partnering with Rennes Health and Rehabilitation to offer students the opportunity to make connections with local seniors in the Greater Wausau area. This event is open to all ages, although students will need to be able to write to complete the activity.
This event will be capped at 10 students so sign up today!
In this class students will:
Learn the basics of letter writing including addressing a letter, writing a salutation and greeting, proper paragraphs, and finally, a closing.
Make connections with a local senior citizen.
Recieve their own letter back!
Receive 1 (or more) hours of community service towards their overall yearly goal!
